Education, a National Priority?????

Montserrado County District #5 Representative Thomas P. Fallah has proposed a Legislative Bill seeking an establishment of an Educational scheme for underprivileged Liberian Students in Liberia.

The bill which has been sent to the House’s Plenary by Representative Fallah seeks to advocate for the establishment of a trust fund for the payment of WASSEC fees for Public School Student with no strings attached and will be a national policy that successive governments will adhere to.

The Montserrado County District #5 Representative wants his colleagues to see reason to immediately enact the proposed Legislation because, according to him, if enacted into law, will provide educational opportunity for poverty stricken Students at Public Schools in the country.

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has mandated it’s Means, Finance and Education Committees to securitize a proposed Legislation seeking the establishment of an education scheme for underprivileged Liberian Students in the country.
